- This provides employees with a detailed analysis and customized wellness plan through VioScreen nutritional assessment & ProNutra menu technologies
- Plan is “real-world tested” by employees during Wellness process; modified according to needs/successes; iterative process for customized plans

- Employee completes assessment via 30 minute online questionnaire

Planning |
| |
- Wellness partner analyzes employee assessment, stratifies, develops needs profile & wellness strategy
- Wellness Partner contacts employee, reviews assessment, understands objectives, presents wellness plan which can include ProNutra menu planning, modifies plan with employee
- During the appointment, both individuals develop three objectives that employee shall address during following two weeks. Follow-up appointment is scheduled
- Employee planning documented in Viocare database for employee and the Wellness Partner reference
